Meanwhile, South Bend, IN-based Real Estate Management Corp. AMO's chairman, Robert Toothaker, CPM will be the 17,500-member institute's president-elect next year. He also is chairman of CB Richard Ellis South Bend AMO and was named the state's Realtor of the Year in 2004. He also is licensed in Illinois as well as his own state.
In addition, Cushman & Wakefield senior portfolio manager Regina Mullins, CPM will serve as IREM secretary-treasurer next year. The 24-year property management veteran oversees three million sf in the Washington, DC area spread over 12 buildings.
