Prassas To Assume IREM Helm; Toothaker is President-Elect

CHICAGO-Veteran Bangor, WI residential property manager Fred Prassas, CPM becomes president of the Institute of Real Estate Management next year. The principal of PMC Management Group has been in the industry 32 years, holds broker licenses in neighboring Illinois and Minnesota, and is a member of the IREM faculty.

Meanwhile, South Bend, IN-based Real Estate Management Corp. AMO’s chairman, Robert Toothaker, CPM will be the 17,500-member institute’s president-elect next year. He also is chairman of CB Richard Ellis South Bend AMO and was named the state’s Realtor of the Year in 2004. He also is licensed in Illinois as well as his own state.
