"It's a great coup for Trammell Crow anytime you can get an industry veteran like Ken," Bernstein tells GlobeSt.com. "He understands all the service lines. He will focus on developing our brokerage practices and integrating all our service lines."

Krasnow was executive managing director and New York area leader for Cushman. "An executive personnel change is a typical aspect of conducting business," says Joe Harbert, C&W's chief operating officer for the New York metro region, who has responsibility for all of the firm's brokerage operations in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. "Fortunately, an established management structure with a deep bench like ours is prepared to seamlessly transition responsibility until a replacement is announced. Ken Krasnow is a long-time contributor and friend to Cushman & Wakefield, and we wish him all the best in his new endeavors."

Krasnow spent 19 years at Cushman. Before heading up the New York City office, he oversaw markets in Stamford, CT and Long Island. His roster of tenant clients includes United Way, CBS, JP Morgan Chase, Benetton-USA, the Greater NY Hospital Association and Chubb Insurance. Krasnow also has represented buildings such as 51 W. 52nd St., 730 Fifth Ave., 555 Madison Ave. and 450 Park Ave.
