Krasnow Leaves C&W, Joins Trammell

NEW YORK CITY-Industry veteran Kenneth Krasnow has left Cushman & Wakefield for a new opportunity with Trammell Crow Co. Next week, he will assume the newly created position of executive vice president and director of brokerage services. He will report directly to New York area president Richard Bernstein.

“It’s a great coup for Trammell Crow anytime you can get an industry veteran like Ken,” Bernstein tells GlobeSt.com. “He understands all the service lines. He will focus on developing our brokerage practices and integrating all our service lines.”

Krasnow was executive managing director and New York area leader for Cushman. “An executive personnel change is a typical aspect of conducting business,” says Joe Harbert, C&W’s chief operating officer for the New York metro region, who has responsibility for all of the firm’s brokerage operations in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. “Fortunately, an established management structure with a deep bench like ours is prepared to seamlessly transition responsibility until a replacement is announced. Ken Krasnow is a long-time contributor and friend to Cushman & Wakefield, and we wish him all the best in his new endeavors.”
