AURORA, CO-Arlun Inc., a fast-growing flooring company, is moving from a location along the South Santa Fe Corridor in Denver to 35,000-sf at 16600 E. 33rd Ave. The move will take place in the first quarter of 2006.
Steve Poole of Grubb & Ellis is handling the transaction. "The move represents a desire to be closer to competitors along the I-70 corridor as well as an opportunity to join what is becoming a magnet for home improvement suppliers in this area," Poole says. It also is significantly larger than its current space. Arlun will be joining other firms such as Arizona Tile, Emser Tile and Bedrosian's that have moved to the corridor in recent years.
The lease represents a significant gain for the Gateway IV building, occupying half of the available space, he says. The building is owned by The Pauls Corp. with Charlie Alexander serving as the landlord's representative in the transaction.
