GlobeSt.com UPDATE: City Approves 15-Acre Medical Campus

HILLSBORO, OR-The city council here this week signed off on Kaiser Permanente's proposal for a 292-bed hospital, 450,000-sf of medical office space and two parking structures in the Tanasbourne area.

HILLSBORO, OR-The Hillsboro City Council this week signed off on plans for a two-million-sf hospital campus on 15 acres along Northwest Evergreen Parkway in the Tanasbourne area. The project, proposed by Kaiser Permanente includes a 292-bed hospital, 450,000-sf of medical office space and two parking structures.

The development is designed to replace Kaiser’s current medical and dental buildings off Northwest Evergreen Parkway. The first phase will include a four-story, 380,000-sf, 138-bed hospital as well as a six-story, 352,000-sf medical office building and the two parking structures.
