The approximately 695,000-sf site is on 53rd Street near Seventh Avenue and Broadway. Major tenants include Fox Television, EMI Entertainment, Hearst Communications, Oppenheimer & Co. and USA Networks. Elder says that the space offers great views and a refurbished lobby with amenities including two banks.
Chicago-based law firm Jenner & Block will open its first location here at 919 Third Ave. The firm signed on for 31,500 sf. The 1.4-million-sf site has other tenants such as Debevoise & Plimpton, BNP Paribas and Schulte Roth & Zabel.
Studley's Craig Lemle, corporate managing director, together with Tatiana Tarasssenko, associate, represented Murex in its deal at 810 Seventh Ave. Also, Studley's John L. Mambrino, eenior managing director, represented Jenner & Block in its deal.
