CENTENNIAL, CO-SVN Equities recently paid $15.5 million for Arapahoe Peoria II, a four-building, 180,243-sf office/flex property within Arapahoe Peoria Business Park.
The buildings are located 12450-650 E. Arapahoe Rd., near Interstate 25, along the southeast corridor. Kurt Holzkamp and Ed Bartlett of HB Real Estate Services represented SVN Equities in the transaction. Jason Addlesberger and Dave Lee of Frederick Ross represented the seller, Etkin Johnson Group from Denver.
The acquisition is the last closing for a two-phased, seven-building portfolio acquisition at Arapahoe Peoria Business Park. About six months ago, SVN Equities paid $13.5 million for 130,000 sf in three buildings within the park.
SVN Equities now owns the entire 25.56-acre business park. Built in 2001, the buildings combined are 66% occupied by Arapahoe County, Via West, Avnet and Vistar.
