Waters Edge is located within close proximity to I-95 and near the Bush River in Suburban Baltimore. In addition to the four office structures, the campus will feature eight one-story retail/service buildings upon completion. Development of the five-story office facility that will sit at 4694 Millennium Dr. comes on the heels of the completion of the selling or leasing of all space in the first two class A office condo properties, the four-story, 80,000-sf 4690 Millennium Dr. and 4692 Millennium Dr.

"Because of the market's enthusiastic acceptance of our first two mid-rise buildings, we have upped the ante on our third building, expanding to five stories and adding some high tech design elements," says Manekin senior vice president and director of development Cole Schnorf. Manekin will serve as the property manager, and will also oversee leasing activities at the building, where space is presently being marketed for lease at $17.50 per sf.
