Construction of the 16-story office building, which will include CBS affiliate Channel 2's broadcast studios, is expected to be complete in late 2007. Morningstar, which has a 15-year lease at 225 W. Wacker Dr. that expires in early 2009, hopes to move into the new space in March 2008.
The full city block between Marshall Field's flagship store and the Daley Center will include about 400,000 sf of retail space as well as up to 300 multifamily units and more than 200 hotel rooms.
