A provider of technology solutions for the defense industry, the McLean, VA-headquartered business relied on Bill Morris and Bruce McNair of GVA Advantis for representation with property owner the Bernstein Cos. Further terms of the lease have not been disclosed.
Also known as the Annapolis Science Center, 185 Admiral Cochrane was developed in 1972 and occupies a four-acre parcel near I-97 and Rte. 50. McNair says that Alion relies on the property as a "mission-critical facility for on-going customer programs."
