SAN DIEGO-Following a steady year of commercial real estate activity, industry players are ringing in 2006 with an upswing of lease deals. Among the bigger deals is Sharp Healthcare’s $3.8-million lease for 17,305 sf at Sunroad Centre.The signing by Sharp Healthcare brings the Sunroad Centre to 100% occupancy. The 59,000-sf class B office property is located at 3666 Kearny Villa Rd. Currently three other tenants occupy space in the building, including United Educational, Transwestern Publishing and Sports Boosters, who lease 28,000 sf, 9,000 sf, and 3,000 sf, respectively.Tony Russell and Richard Gonor of Grubb & Ellis
