Barry Zeller, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield, the building's management and leasing agent, says the site offers "a highly convenient location." Asking rents in the site range from the mid $30s per sf to more than $50 per sf. Other tenants include AJC Realty, Al Roker Productions and NIP.

A $35-million capital improvement program is nearly concluded at 250 West 57th St. The renovations include new windows, elevator cabs, upgraded building systems, refurbished public corridors, bathrooms and a new lobby. The building also has a newly renovated entrance to the 59th Street subway station. Space availability at 250 West 57th St. ranges from 1,500 to 9,200 rentable sf.
