Bevmax Takes Space at 250 West 57th St.

NEW YORK CITY-Bevmax Office Centers, a provider of serviced corporate offices and executive workspaces, has leased 7,837 sf at 250 West 57th St. The location will open during the first quarter. Other Bevmax Manhattan office centers are located at One Liberty Plaza/165 Broadway, 1560 Broadway, and 500 Seventh Ave.

Barry Zeller, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield, the building’s management and leasing agent, says the site offers “a highly convenient location.” Asking rents in the site range from the mid $30s per sf to more than $50 per sf. Other tenants include AJC Realty, Al Roker Productions and NIP.
