When completed, High Point will have more than 800 acres of commercial land with a total of 10.5 million sf of office, retail and other commercial space. The project will also include a resort-style, conference meeting hotel on a new golf course.

The Opus development, at Tower Road and High Point Parkway, is called High Point Plaza. It will consist of three, two-story multi-tenant office buildings with a total of 274,000 sf. Build-to-suits are available.

Opus, headed by John Shaw in Denver, hired Frederick Ross brokers Chris Nordling and Rodney Foster to lease the buildings. Packet Lowrey, also of Ross, is handling residential land sales at High Point for Landmark.

Nordling and Foster say that High Point Plaza's selling points include "excellent" proximity to DIA, as well as a number of hotels and restaurants. It also will be near five neighborhoods at High Point of varying densities, prices and character, they note.
