In all of the deals, the Trammell Crow industrial team of Paul Kluck, Murray Platt and Doug Viseur represented St. Paul, although one also included an outside broker.

The single largest deal was for 30,000-sf Dodson Steel Products, which renewed 14,775 sf, but then more than doubled its space by expanding into an additional 15,225 sf at 4770 Forest St. in the Freeway Industrial Center.

In the second largest lease, Stephen Gould of Colorado Inc. signed a new lease for 22,800 sf in the Union Pacific District at 13100 E. 39th Ave. In addition to the Trammell Crow team, Norm Blum of Red Hawk Properties acted as an outside broker representing the tenant.
