Social Security is relocating offices from 101st Street and Lexington Avenue. Senior Health is a consortium of healthcare groups headed by Mt. Sinai Hospital which conducts case management of health care services for the elderly. Additional leasing information was not released, space in the newly constructed site is advertised at $29.50 per sf. Debra Wollens, director; David Lebenstein, senior managing director; and Arlene Wysong, senior managing director, all of Colliers ABR represented both the Social Security Administration and owner Glenwood Management Corp. Jonathan Serko of Cushman and Wakefield represented the health care consortium.

"With a dearth of good office space for nonprofits and medical uses on the Upper East Side or in Harlem, it is not surprising that tenants of this caliber came to the Glenwood building," adds Lebenstein. The residential site also features 61,728 sf of community facility space--20,576 sf each on floors two through four—and has a separate entrance on E. 102nd Street. Zoned for community facility use, the building permits medical offices, schools, libraries, museums, clinics and social service agencies.
