JESSUP, MD-GraphTec has joined the roster at 8620 Dorsey Run Rd. with the signing of a 46,200-sf lease. The digital printing firm committed to the relet space at the 85,100-sf building to facilitate the relocation of its current printing and warehouse site on Junction Drive in Annapolis Junction.
Colliers Pinkard's Michael A. Elardo and J. Richard Latini represented property owner FRP Development, while KLNB's Bob Smith repped GraphTec. Specific terms of the deal have not been disclosed; however, Colliers Pinkard markets the relet space at the property for $4.95 per sf.
Developed exactly two decades ago, 8620 Dorsey Run occupies a nearly six-acre parcel in the Route 1 Corridor in Howard County. FRP acquired the single-story warehouse facility, which includes 5,000 sf of office space, in 2000 and submitted it to a substantial renovation. GraphTec will settle into its new space this quarter.
