COLORADO SPRINGS-The Denver regional office of NorthMarq Capital Inc. arranged permanent financing totaling $19.7 million for the Oasis Apartments located at 1495 Farnham Point here. The 252-unit gated apartment community was constructed in 1997 and is on 15.13 acres. Project amenities include a clubhouse, pool, spa and business center.

Steve Koeneke and Dave Link, of NorthMarq's Denver office, arranged the financing for the borrower, Oasis Apartments, LLC, a locally based borrower formed by the Griffis Group. The Griffis Group is a private real estate investment and development company managed by Ian Griffis and David Birnbaum.
