Five Rivers Signs Deal for HQ

LOVELAND, CO-The cattle feeding company is taking 9,600 sf in the Centerra development by McWhinney Enterprises. The corporate office at Centerra will initially bring 27 new jobs to the area.

LOVELAND, CO-Five Rivers Cattle Feeding Co., a cattle feeding company, next month will move its corporate headquarters to this city in Northern Colorado. It will take 9,600 sf at 3855 Precision Dr. in the Centerra development by McWhinney Enterprises. Five Rivers, which is moving from Boulder, will be next to the new headquarters for the Heska Corp.

Five Rivers was created last May as an independent joint venture between ContiGroup Cos. and Smithfield Foods Inc. It currently operates 10 feed yards throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Idaho and Kansas. Five Rivers manages a feeding capacity of more than 800,000 cattle. The corporate office at Centerra will initially bring 27 new jobs to the area.
