Developer Silver Cos. has designed the 85-acre campus to appeal to defense contractors and government outposts, in addition to medical, educational and R&D operations searching for class A office accommodations. Silver will spend an estimated $300 million to complete the project.

Quantico Corporate sits on a parcel, formerly known as Fritter Park, which is owned by the Moncure Family. The property is about 35 miles outside of Washington, DC. The facility will house as many as 12 structures. The first buildings are on target for delivery early next year.

Space in a 140,000-sf spec office building is currently being marketed through Silver's Metro Washington, DC GSA/Government Support Leasing office for $25 per sf. According to Silver's description of the project for the Stafford County Economic Development Department, "the developer will build to suit your needs on your pad, or lease you customized office space on a floor." Quantico Park will also offer an undetermined amount of retail space.
