The 100,800-sf class A office at 1760 Old Meadow Rd. was developed in 1999. Project Performance relocated its headquarters to the property in 2003. The tenant relied on Paul Darr, Dale Powell and Curt Leger of Cassidy & Pinkard for representation, while property owner TIAA-CREF called on West Group's Wayne Hoffman and its own R. Craig Lord for representation.

Financial specifics of the lease have not been publicized. However, the average rate for class A office space in the Tysons Corner/McLean submarket is $31.10 per sf., according to Cushman & Wakefield's Third Quarter 2005 MarketBeat Snapshot report. Project Performance now has a claim on the entire first, second, fourth and fifth floors of the five-story building.
