Tech Firm Extends and Expands Lease to 79,600 SF

MCLEAN, VA-The tenant roster will remain the same but the stable of available square footage in the Harrison Building will decrease now that Project Performance Corp. has signed a new lease. The management and technology consulting concern extended its commitment to its current 41,900-sf headquarters space under a long-term agreement, and expanded its occupancy with the addition of 37,700 sf for a total take of 79,600 sf.

The 100,800-sf class A office at 1760 Old Meadow Rd. was developed in 1999. Project Performance relocated its headquarters to the property in 2003. The tenant relied on Paul Darr, Dale Powell and Curt Leger of Cassidy & Pinkard for representation, while property owner TIAA-CREF called on West Group’s Wayne Hoffman and its own R. Craig Lord for representation.
