The center occupies an 85-acre parcel in Loudoun County off Rte. 287, which is presently being altered to facilitate the impending flow of traffic to the development. The office space will top the retail segment, which will feature a grocery store, hardware store, a health club and a medical facility.
NVRetail is behind the creation of the retail component, the first occupants of which are scheduled to open their doors early next year. Lovettsville Town Center's various elements were conceived with the demands of area residents and prospective homeowners in mind. "This is truly a grass roots approach to commercial development that has the community, government, and business working hand in hand," NVRetail chairman Steve Cumbie notes.
