DENVER-As earlier reported by GlobeSt.com, Chicago-based Next Realty paid $14 million, or $400 per sf, for the 35,000-sf Cherry Creek Square in the Cherry Creek North shopping area. Now, Next has hired Frederick Ross to lease a few remaining spaces.
Susan Karsh and Frank Griffin of the Frederick Ross Co., one of the oldest and largest full-service commercial real estate brokerage firms based in Denver, are leasing a handful of retail spaces available in Cherry Creek Square at 300 E. Third Ave.
Current spaces available range in size from 687 sf to 2,100 sf. Rents range from $17 per sf to $50 per sf, on a triple net basis. Two first floor spaces of 687 sf can be leased separately or can be combined.
Current tenants include Cook's Mart, Simply Moore, Brix Restaurant, and Paul Garcia's hair salon. The development was sold late last year by long-time owner Louise Vigoda. Karsh and Griffin note the center has "outstanding" foot traffic, a great employee base and high demographics.
