The site, in an area known as the Commons, was sold by WoDo, an entity created by the Trillium Co. Trillium, headed by David Syre, is based in Bellingham, WA. The site can handle two office buildings with a total of more than 683,212 sf. One lot is zoned for a 17-story, 250-foot building with a maximum of 423,212 sf. Another lot is zoned for a nine-story, 260,000-sf building.

Gayle Bush, the Seattle-based attorney who represents WoDo, tells GlobeSt.com that it is retaining the best lots in the valley for itself.
