POWAY, CA-Badiee Development has signed two deals at its 32,104-sf multi-tenant office property in the Poway Business Park, a 700-acre complex in the Interstate 15 corridor. The two deals bring the development up to 34% leased.In the deals, FrameMax signed a 63-month lease for 5,895 sf and Sky River Communications signed a 38-month lease for 4,750 sf. The project, which is to be named Poway Executive Center, will be the first class A office project in Poway. It is less than two months from completion, according to brokers associated with the project.Located at 13915 Danielson Rd., the property will be a two-story, multi-tenant office property. It will have a two-story lobby with a large aquarium, arched windows and common area balconies. It will also be the first project in the area to feature underground parking.”Poway Executive Center fills out the industrial park circle,” says Jeb Bakke, a senior vice president with the San Diego office of CB Richard Ellis. Bakke tells Globest.com that “the park finally has a class A building for businesses who want to be closer to home in the Poway area.” Bakke, Scott Kincaid and Michael Corbosiero of CB Richard Ellis represented Badiee Development/California Prospect Place and Ryan Grove of Colliers International represented FrameMax.The Poway Business Park is home to 460 businesses totaling seven million sf. Approximately 18,000 employees work in the park, which has a vacancy rate of 5.6%. Industrial, warehousing, distribution and R&D comprise most of the tenant base.
