Shea Commercial Entering Market With $35M in Office-Condos

DENVER-Shea Commercial plans to make a splash in the metro-area market by developing four suburban office-condo projects. The developments total 325,000 sf on 41 acres.

DENVER-Shea Commercial, developer of office-condos, is entering the metro-area market with four class A office-condos with a total of 325,000 sf on 41 acres. Shea, based in Scottsdale, AZ, also is an office broker in Arizona, Las Vegas and Dallas.

The $35 million in metro-area office-condos, aimed at small- and mid-sized owners, will range in size from 1,200 sf to 36,000 sf. Ground will be broken mid-year, with occupancy scheduled for the first quarter of 2007. Depending on the location, the office-condos range from $185 per sf to $235 per sf.
