NCB, which will officially maintain its headquarters location with a small staff at 1725 I St. NW in Washington, DC, is taking over a fraction of the space that was vacated last year when the US Patent & Trademark Office moved to its new Alexandria headquarters. Terms of NCB's lease agreement with property owner Charles E. Smith Commercial Realty have not been disclosed. Space in the class A facility is being marketed by the owner for $32 to $34 per sf.

Developed in 1984, 2011 Crystal Dr. is part of Charles E. Smith's multimillion-sf office portfolio in the Crystal City area, which is near Washington Reagan National Airport. The 11-story structure will also be home to On-Site Sourcing Inc., which leased 44,000 sf last November.
