In addition to being named branch managers, the two were also promoted to their current titles from executive managing director and senior managing director, respectively. Gordon has been with Studley for 20 years, executing more than 10 million sf of transactions in Los Angeles and across North America. Some of his current and past clients include Microsoft, SunGard and Accenture.
Catalano has been with the firm for more than 12 years. He has executed nearly five million sf of transactions, including deals involving Foley & Lardner, Akin Gump, BMG Entertainment, Karl Storz Endoscopy and a host of other legal, entertainment, medical and financial firms.
Schuman, SVP and branch manager for the West Los Angeles office for more than 15 years, will relocate to the Studley Orange County office to join branch manager and EVP Royce Sharf in representing both Orange County-based and national tenants. Schuman's move to Orange County and the promotions of the other two branch managers are designed to strengthen its operations throughout Southern California, Sullivan says.
Studley has three offices in Southern California: Downtown Los Angeles, West Los Angeles and Orange County. Nationally, the Southern California region is one of the firm's largest profit centers and represents some of its largest clients.
