Studley Reorganizes SoCal Management

LOS ANGELES-The tenant rep specialist promotes David Gordon and Mike Catalano to branch manager posts in its West L.A. office. Bruce Schuman, West L.A. branch manager, moves to Orange County.

LOS ANGELES-Studley has promoted David Gordon and Mike Catalano to branch manager posts in its West L.A. office. Simultaneously, West L.A. branch manager Bruce Schuman is moving to Orange County, according to Mark Sullivan, regional manager and EVP. Gordon, an EVP and director, will take the senior helm as the new branch manager in West L.A., with SVP Catalano serving as co-manager of the branch.

In addition to being named branch managers, the two were also promoted to their current titles from executive managing director and senior managing director, respectively. Gordon has been with Studley for 20 years, executing more than 10 million sf of transactions in Los Angeles and across North America. Some of his current and past clients include Microsoft, SunGard and Accenture.

Catalano has been with the firm for more than 12 years. He has executed nearly five million sf of transactions, including deals involving Foley & Lardner, Akin Gump, BMG Entertainment, Karl Storz Endoscopy and a host of other legal, entertainment, medical and financial firms.
