When the upgrade is completed this fall, the luxury lodging facility will reemerge as the Renaissance M Street Hotel. At that time it will fly the flag of Marriott International's Renaissance Hotels & Resorts.
Located at 1400 M St. NW, Wyndham City Center is located at the corner of M Street and New Hampshire Avenue within close proximity to the US Capitol. The comprehensive upgrade of the hotel will include changes to the property's collection of nearly 17,000 sf of meeting space, as well as its restaurant and fitness facility.
