Farming Organization Preleases 49,300 SF

WASHINGTON, DC-The American Farm Bureau Federation signs on for 49,300 sf at Capitol Gallery West, a 210,000-sf office building currently being built near the National Mall. The deal allows the organization to relocate from its smaller space at Capital Gallery East.

WASHINGTON, DC-The American Farm Bureau Federation will be on the tenant roster at the Capital Gallery complex’s Capital Gallery West when that asset is completed. The association has signed a 15-year lease for 49,300 sf in the 210,000-sf office building.

Owner Boston Properties is currently in the midst of the construction process. The lease paves the way for the agricultural producers’ organization to relocate from its 29,400-sf space in attached sister building Capital Gallery East, where it has made its for the past 25 years.
