DENVER-The Frederick Ross Co., one of the Rocky Mountain region's largest privately held commercial real estate firms, recently created Griffin Karsh & Brooks, a new retail investment group. This group will operate within the Ross Brokerage Group, and consists of veteran brokers Frank Griffin, Susan Karsh and Tucker Brooks.
The team will specialize in retail investment sales throughout the Front Range, and will provide owners with a full menu of services for retail real estate. Services include acquisitions, developments, leasing, management and sales.
Collectively, the group offers more than 50 years of experience in retail commercial real estate, with a combined scope of experience in development, consulting, leasing and sales. The group has participated in retail sales and lease transactions worth more than $1 billion.
