Financial details of Plateau's lease agreement with property owner the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association have not been disclosed. However, Transwestern Commercial Services markets the space on behalf of NRECA for $34.50 to $36 per sf.
Located in the Ballston submarket and formerly known as the Ellipse at 4401 Wilson, the office property sits off Interstate 66 near the Ballston Common Mall. Designed by WDG Architecture, the 11-story structure also features a 10,000-sf conference center and 12,000 sf of ground-level retail space.
