Tech Firm Doubles Home With 15,000-SF Lease

BELTSVILLE, MD-A 15,000-sf space is claimed at 11750 Beltsville Dr. as Techno-Sciences Inc. signs a lease at the 45,000-sf office building for its new home. The company will relocate from nearby Lanham, nearly doubling its office space.

BELTSVILLE, MD-Occupants at 11750 Beltsville Dr. will welcome a new tenant now that Techno-Sciences Inc. has committed to leasing 15,000 sf of space in the 45,000-sf office building. The technology services firm will soon relocate from its current 8,000-sf digs at 10001 Derekwood Lane in Lanham.

TSI’s long-time broker Tom Birnbach of Cresa Partners represented the company, while Scheer Partners’ Robert Pugh repped the property owner. Further details of the lease agreement have not been disclosed; however Scheer markets the class A office space for $22 per sf.
