David Justh of CB Richard Ellis handled negotiations for Waterfall Glen Holding Corp. His firm handles leasing at nearby buildings, where asking net lease rates are $14 per sf. Gross rents at 900 S. Frontage Rd. were $20.50 per sf, according to Black's Guide.

In an unrelated deal nearby, a joint venture between Rreef and Morgan Development Services got $1.7 million for a 23,408-sf industrial building at 1503-1505 Centre Circle in nearby Willowbrook. Aromark Properties Inc., which already owns a building at 1429 Centre Circle after another deal with Morgan Realty Fund, LLC, needed additional space in the Oak Grove Centre of Commerce.
