Mack Trucks, GMAC, Hinsdale Hospital and Adventist Health Systems are among the tenants at the building. NAI Hiffman vice presidents Dan O'Neill and Jim Adler, along with associate Paul Giannopoulos, represented SCP Ventures LLC. Their firm also will handle leasing for the building's new owner. David Justh of CB Richard Ellis handled negotiations for Waterfall Glen Holding Corp. His firm handles leasing at nearby buildings, where asking net lease rates are $14 per sf. Gross rents at 900 S. Frontage Rd. were $20.50 per sf, according to Black's Guide.

In an unrelated deal nearby, a joint venture between Rreef and Morgan Development Services got $1.7 million for a 23,408-sf industrial building at 1503-1505 Centre Circle in nearby Willowbrook. Aromark Properties Inc., which already owns a building at 1429 Centre Circle after another deal with Morgan Realty Fund, LLC, needed additional space in the Oak Grove Centre of Commerce.
