CHANTILLY, VA-Alliance Bank has claimed a 25,600-sf space at Victory Point@Westfields, the 165,000-sf property within the 1,100-acre Westfields Corporate Center. The financial institution signed a lease for the space at 14200 Park Meadow Dr., and will relocate from across the street at 14280 Park Meadow Dr.

Additional terms of Alliance Bank’s lease with property owner Columbia Equity Trust have not been disclosed. The average rental rate for class A office space in the Route 28 South/Chantilly submarket is $25.40 per sf, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s Year-End 2005 MarketBeat Series report.
