$6M Windsor Office Park Gets Underway

WOODLAWN, MD-A big step toward the realization of Windsor Office Park, a 10-acre mixed-use business campus, is in the works with the start of construction of the campus’s two flex office buildings. St. John Properties Inc. is behind the development of the 63,000-sf park, which will also feature two retail sites. Construction has been estimated at $6 million.

Situated just a few miles from Baltimore, Windsor Office Park sits off I-695 in Prince George’s County. The first flex/office structure, 7265 Windsor Blvd., will feature 32,000 sf of space, while the second building will offer 31,000 sf. The pad sites will sit at 2835 Rolling Rd. and 2845 Rolling Rd., and will accommodate 5,000 sf and 6,600 sf of retail space, respectively.
