"When the position became available, Bruce was the first person we made an offer to," says Mike Zoellner, president and CEO of RedPeak. "Having worked with Bruce on BallPark Lofts and on our current 1600 Glenarm Place redevelopment, I knew he would be the perfect addition to our organization."
The 1600 Glenarm Place project is a redevelopment of the former Security Life Building in Downtown Denver at the intersection of Glenarm Place and the 16th Street Mall. It is being transformed into a mixed-use community, consisting of retail and office space in addition to 333 luxury rental residences. Crabb has been an integral member of the design team for the $79-million project.
"This kind of development is what makes and keeps great cities great," Crabb says. "I see this vision extending into the future both in terms of long-range goals for RedPeak Properties, but also the contributions that RedPeak will make to the City of Denver and the surrounding communities."
Crabb's resume includes tenures with Colorado architectural firms Davis Partnership Architects, Lundell Architects + Associates PC, Design Partnership and Fritzlen Pierce Briner. During his time at Davis Partnership, he was involved in several projects including BallPark Lofts and the Portofino Tower.
