Sterling Glen HQ Joins Portfolio on Long Island

PORT WASHINGTON, NY-In move to be closer to the majority of its portfolio, Sterling Glen Senior Living is relocating to temporary office space at 95 Seaview Blvd. The company is also in the process of building a permanent headquarters building in nearby Roslyn. Groundbreaking for that 5,500-sf property is expected within the next month.

“We have a portfolio with 11 properties that are up and operational. A majority of them are on Long Island,” Kevin Hunter, chief operating officer, tells GlobeSt.com. He adds that, in addition to properties on Long Island, several of the corporate employees are Long Island residents. “It’s an opportunity for everyone to work closer to where they live and work closer to the portfolio.”
