They already occupied space on the fifth and 10th floors and added the 11th floor to the mix. The building, which is owned by Rockrose Development Corp., has a total of 183,913 sf on 12 floors. Bill Peters, Derek Trulson, Hugh Kelly & Aron Whitehead with the New York office of the Staubach Co. represented Sterling. Chip Sealy negotiated on behalf of Rockrose.
Additional information was not available. Space in the site is advertised at $37 per sf. Other tenants include Shanken Communications Inc., Doral Financial and Perseus Books. Sterling publishes into a variety of formats, consisting primarily of reference and "how-to" titles on subjects such as crafts, food and wine, gardening, home design, woodworking, and puzzles and games.
