CENTENNIAL, CO-SVN Equities LLC, based in Irvine, CA, recently paid $29 million for the 310,000-sf office/flex space at the Arapahoe Peoria Business Center in this city along the southeast corridor. That equates to $93.55 per sf for the class A center, which consists of buildings.

Dave Lee and Jason Addlesperger of the Denver-based Frederick Ross Co. negotiated the sale. SVN retained the pair to market and lease the property. Lee and Addlesperger thus far have negotiated 51,000 sf in deals, and now only two spaces remain.

SVN was formed in 1998 by Burton Young, Rand Sperry, Mark Van Ness and Jack Carroll. As a private real estate firm, it is focusing on office, industrial, retail and apartment sectors throughout the US.
