Asking rates have not been published; however, the rental rate for class A office space in the Reston/Herndon submarket is $26.91 per sf, according to Cushman & Wakefield's Year-End 2005 MarketBeat Series Report.
Dulles Station West is part of the 63-acre mixed-use Dulles Station master-planned development, located east of Washington Dulles International Airport. Dulles Station West is a 5.3-acre site overlooking the Dulles Toll Rd. that WRIT acquired last December for $24.7 million. Phase I of the project involves a six-story, 180,000-sf office structure, and is scheduled to deliver early next year; while Phase II features a 12-story, 350,000-sf tower with a parking facility. The architectural firm of Cooper Cary is handling the design of the complex, and Trammell Crow Co. is on development duty.
