Working with senior brokers in Los Angeles and Seattle, locally based Pugh will provide transaction advisory services to C&W's West Coast clients. His focus will be on large-scale real estate assignments that include complex finance, accounting, tax and business strategy issues.
Pugh could not be reached Tuesday afternoon for comment. His corporate clients have included Blue Shield of California, Gilead Sciences, Chiron Corp., Silicon Graphics, DPR Construction, and Greater Bay Bancorp. Prior to Liberty-Greenfield, Pugh was in corporate real estate management with a Fortune 500 company.
