Grubb & Ellis Names New DC Area Head

WASHINGTON, DC-As part of its corporate strategy of further penetrating the market here, Grubb & Ellis Co. has chosen industry heavy hitter Keith Lipton to take on the role of vice president and managing director of the real estate services provider’s Washington, DC area offices. Specifically, working from the DC office, Lipton is charged with expanding Grubb & Ellis’ presence in the District, Tysons Corner, VA, Baltimore and the Bethesda, MD areas.

Bringing with him over 16 years of experience in the industry and specifically in the DC area, Lipton comes to Grubb & Ellis from CB Richard Ellis where he was managing director of asset services for the Washington, DC area. He takes over for John Lesinski. A Grubb & Ellis spokesperson tells GlobeSt.com he is currently still at the company and exploring other options.
