Stockwell has represented tenants and landlords in more than 6 million sf of office lease transactions in his 25-year career. In addition, he has been responsible for the development and construction of more than two million sf office and retail space and has managed the acquisition, sale and financing of property valued at more than $500 million.

Before joining Studley in 1993, Stockwell was a VP for the Walt Disney Co., where he was responsible for the development and leasing of corporate real estate. He recently was recognized as one of the Studley's top-producing brokers in 2005.

Adams, who joined Studley in 1990, has negotiated tenant-oriented leases totaling in excess of four million sf and has closed more than $100 million in purchases and sales. Studley EVP Mark Sullivan notes that he and Stockwell have represented a client list that includes 21st Century Insurance Co., Arnold & Porter, California Community Foundation, City National Bank, IDT Entertainment, J.P. Morgan Chase, NBC, Sulmeyer Kupetz Baumann & Rothman, Universal Studios and Westfield Corp.
