AURORA, CO-Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group is selling sites in its 110-acre Eastpark 70 at Smith Road, just off of Interstate 70 and east of Tower Road. Lowe has 24 lots, ranging from one-acre to 44-acre sites for sale, Trammell Crow's Murray Platt tells GlobeSt.com. Platt, along with colleague Doug Viseur, is representing Eastpark 70. The industrial park could ultimately comprise two million sf, he tells GlobeSt.com.

Lowe also has three buildings totaling 56,240 sf, in various stages of construction, on the market. The first building has 18,680 sf, is in shell construction, and is on the market for $82 per sf. The second building, 14,120 sf, is listed for $86 per sf; and the final building has 9,320 sf and is on the market for $96 per sf. The various lots are on the market from about $3.50 per sf to $4.75 per sf.

"We're seeing a lot of the building trades interested in the sites," Platt tells GlobeSt.com. "A lot of the potential users are looking to the future, and they are seeing more building permits being issued as our economy grows. We're seeing window companies and others in the construction trades looking to build small warehouses." Lowe will construct build-to-suits for companies, he notes, and sites at the center of the development will be reserved for bigger industrial buildings.
