The property here is a 54,700-sf single-story structure that cost Asset Capital $9.4 million. The building is fully occupied by three corporate tenants with leases that will expire between 18 months and six years.

In Sterling, the company purchased a complex known as Pidgeon Hill II for $12.2 million. The two-building property features 95,100 sf of space and is nearly 78% occupied. As per recent SEC filings, Asset Capital Corp. has a handful of other properties in the greater Washington Metro area under contract for purchase from its predecessor company.
