More than 450,000 cars pass the building daily on I-88, I-290 and I-294. However, the building 10 miles south of O'Hare International Airport is vacant. David Prioletti and Pete Roberson of CB Richard Ellis have been hired to handle leasing of the property after the company represented the Folgelson Cos. in negotiations on the sale.

Their assignment is in a submarket with some of the lowest vacancy rates in the Chicago industrial market. Vacancy in the 82.7-million-sf western Cook County submarket, including available sublease space, was recently 6.9%, according to Delta Associates and Transwestern Commercial Services. That figure was topped only by Lake and McHenry counties. Unlike those north and northwest suburban submarkets, no new construction is occurring in western Cook County, according to Delta Associates and Transwestern Commercial Services.
